With 6 years of experience with private tutoring primary school students, Ms Naseem is passionate about the English language and enjoys educating the young ones whom she has been entrusted with.
Well liked by her students due to her friendly and welcoming nature, she has helped students with difficulty in coping with studies by using various helpful and interactive ways. Ms Naseem’s exuberant and determined personality is also how she ensures that learning in her classroom will be a joyful experience for her students.
Recognising the importance of sustaining motivations in her students, Ms Naseem is mindful to give them words of encouragement whenever they are overwhelmed. She believes that nurturing students in the right way is one of the ways to ensure students attain the best version of themselves. With effective communication skills and knowledge of accurate sentence structures in English Language education, she is confident in helping her students to attain their best results.

What is it like working at LBM?
LBM has a very supportive and reliable system that I know I can lean on when I am uncertain or need help. LBM keeps its class sizes small which provides each child the attention he/she deserves. This aligns with my teaching style as I do make sure each individual gets full attention when I teach. LBM’s Learn, Share, Replay feature is something that I admire and I believe it helps to build the confidence in students in their learning journey. The LBM curriculum is very detailed and clear which will provide students a better perspective of the English Language.
What inspires you to teach?
The little things such as seeing students grasp a concept taught and the feeling of joy from students when they achieve their goal inspires me to teach. Teaching is also about being patient, having perseverance, showing empathy and creating fun.
Why do you love teaching English?
English is a truly wonderful language. After teaching for several years, I began actively seeking effective teaching strategies. I’m delighted to have found such a wealth of these strategies at LBM.
My goal is to empower students to excel in English by applying these methods, all while making learning enjoyable and meaningful. I firmly believe in the importance of English as a fundamental tool for communication and understanding.
What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy chilling out with my family of six which comprises of me, my husband and my four daughters. We do outdoor activities such as going to playgrounds, swimming and also indoor activities such as baking with my kids.
I do love travelling too. I have travelled to Perth, London, Indonesia, Redang Island, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and hope to travel to more places. Here is a photograph of me on Redang Island!
