The trial class is an opportunity to experience Lil’ but Mighty’s unique “Learn, Share, Replay” methodology and see how it can help students excel in all sections of the English paper.

The trial classes are for students from Primary 1 to Secondary 4.

Lil’ but Mighty’s LSR Methodology is a unique teaching approach that empowers students to master concepts by teaching them to others.

• Learn: Students are taught unique, bite-sized strategies for every section of the English exam.

• Share: Students are given the opportunity to become a “Junior Teacher” of the week, preparing and teaching a concept to their classmates. This process deepens their understanding and builds 21st-century competencies like oral presentation skills and confidence.

• Replay: Students reflect on their teaching experience and receive feedback from the teacher to reinforce their learning and address any gaps in understanding.

The trial class is 2 hours long. This duration allows for a systematic and bite-sized approach to teaching complex concepts and applying useful techniques.

In the 2-hour trial class, your child will:

• Learn useful techniques to tackle various question types.

• See the “Learn, Share, Replay” methodology in action, including a session with the “Junior Teacher of the week.”

• Receive beautifully designed worksheets with meaningful extension activities.

• Benefit from a small class size to ensure individual attention.

Lil’ but Mighty maintains a small class size of a maximum of 6 students per class. This 1:6 teacher-to-student ratio ensures each student gets sufficient individual support and attention.

Yes, both physical and online trial classes are available. Lil’ but Mighty keeps both class types small to ensure every child receives the attention they need. The quality of teaching is the same, with the only difference being the location.

Lil’ but Mighty is fully prepared for the major changes to the 2025 PSLE English Syllabus, including updates to the weighting and format. The curriculum and strategies are updated to guide students through every step of the new syllabus with confidence.

In terms of difference between our physical & online class, not much, just the location. However, we are vastly different from other centres as we guide your child using specific strategies based on the different components in the English exams. Once your child learns and applies our specific strategies, you’re going to see his/her scores increase, along with your child’s confidence!

Not at all. At Lil’ But Mighty, we make it a point to ensure our online lessons are just as effective as our physical classes. This can be seen from the feedback we’ve received from parents about how engaging our online lessons are. As mentioned earlier, the only difference is in the location, not the quality!
