Hi Parents, is your Secondary 1-4 child struggling with O-Level English — especially comprehension, writing, or knowing what examiners expect?
Give them a clearer way forward with focused strategies and guided practice, starting with a 4-lesson trial.
At Lil’ but Mighty, our ‘Learn, Share, Replay’ method helps students break down question types, apply answering techniques, and build confidence across Paper 1, Paper 2, Oral and Listening.
In just four lessons, your child can begin to understand how to approach each section with structure, instead of guesswork.
Start early, and help your child move into the next exam with greater clarity and control.
O-Level English is not just more difficult than primary school — it demands a different set of skills.
Students need to:
– write with clarity and purpose
– analyse unseen texts systematically
– and express ideas with precision
Without clear strategies, many Secondary students rely on instinct or memorisation. This often works in Lower Secondary, but becomes harder to sustain as expectations increase in Sec 3 and 4.
The good news is that these skills can be taught and practised.
With the right guidance, students learn how to approach each section with structure, so they are not relying on guesswork when it matters most.
If you’re looking for a solution to help your child confidently tackle every component of the O-Level English paper — Paper 1 Writing, Paper 2 Comprehension, Paper 3 Listening Comprehension, and Paper 4 Oral Communication — you’re in the right place.
We are the only centre in Singapore that empowers students to teach what they have learnt — using our unique Learn, Share, Replay (LSR) methodology.
This isn’t passive learning. At Wordstruck (Lil’ but Mighty’s Secondary English programme), students don’t just receive information — they internalise it, articulate it, and make it their own.
How the LSR approach supports your child:
Learn
Students are taught clear, step-by-step strategies for each component of the O-Level English examination.
Share
They apply these strategies and explain their reasoning, building clarity and confidence in how they answer questions.
Replay
They revisit and refine their work, developing the ability to review and improve independently over time.

Our Secondary English programme — Wordstruck — was built specifically for the unique demands of the O-Level examination, combining deep subject knowledge with our signature LSR methodology.
We believe that every student — regardless of where they’re starting from — is capable of achieving their fullest potential with the right guidance, the right strategies, and the right environment.

Promises will translate to results if your lil’ one is willing to work hard and apply our step-by-step approach to master the various components in PSLE and O level English. Here are some of the success stories of our students who have worked hard to achieve their results. They were all once where your lil one is at now.
The trial class is an opportunity to experience Lil’ but Mighty’s unique “Learn, Share, Replay” methodology first-hand. It’s designed to give your child a taste of our structured approach to O-Level English, so both you and your child can see the difference before committing to regular classes.
Our O-Level English programme (Wordstruck) is for students from Secondary 1 to Secondary 4, covering all levels:
Lil’ but Mighty’s LSR Methodology is a unique teaching approach that empowers students to master concepts through three stages: first they Learn the technique; then they Share it by teaching a peer; and finally they Replay it through practice until it becomes second nature. This active learning model leads to genuine, lasting mastery — not just short-term memorisation.
Our curriculum covers all four O-Level English papers:
The trial class is 2 hours long. This allows for a systematic, bite-sized approach to teaching — enough time for your child to genuinely experience our methodology and leave with strategies they can apply immediately.
