What is it like working at LBM?
LBM has a very supportive and reliable system that I know I can count on whenever I’m uncertain or need extra help. I love that their curriculum is so clearly filled with thought and detail to help students get a clearer grasp on English.
Why do you love teaching English?
I developed my love for the English language in my teens. My secondary school teacher went out of her way to make every lesson interactive and above all – fun. It is my belief that English lessons should be engaging and meaningful. Not only do I teach the subject solely to prepare pupils for the examinations but also to communicate ideas and to interpret what others want to communicate to us.
What do you do in your free time?
Cooking and chilling with my dogs are something that I take very seriously in my free time. Cooking is an important activity in my life — on Sundays, my whole family works together to cook a large meal. Through cooking together, we bond and are reminded of how important we are to each other. My dogs on the other hand are my best friends fur-ever [get it?] They love naps as much as I do and they give the best greetings!
