A gentle reminder that the deposit will not be refunded in cash. You will be required to complete the tuition fees paid for and the deposit will be used to offset an additional 4 lessons.
If the current month’s fees remain unpaid, you will be required to make payment for the lessons already attended. Thereafter, from the date you have given notice for withdrawal, your deposit will be used to offset an additional 4 lessons. Your deposit will be used to offset the cost of four additional lessons.
If the deposit doesn’t cover all four lessons, you can choose to attend three lessons (forfeiting any remaining balance) or top up to meet the total amount

The withdrawal date is only confirmed after the withdrawal form is filled in and a withdrawal confirmation email is sent from us.
If you would like to retract a withdrawal, you will need to check in with the team if a vacancy is available in your current class. Otherwise, we will offer you an alternative class with a vacancy.
