“I think the workshop was very intensive, and was a good opportunity to know the weaknesses of my son. I would like to take the Intensive Camp in September holiday, too.”

“The teacher’s feedback from the PSLE Intensive Camp is very useful for me. It helps me understand which parts are weaknesses for Shinta.

Shinta said it was a little bit difficult to key in the answers (he used his iPad). But I think he could concentrate to the lessons because of a small group.

“Miss Junisa is personable and very approachable. Her style of teaching has reached out greatly to her students and makes her lessons totally enjoyable.”

“My child looks forward to going to Miss Junisa’s class every week. Miss Junisa is personable and very approachable. Her style of teaching has reached out greatly to her students and makes her lessons totally enjoyable. My daughter only has good things to say about Miss Junisa and is secretly sad that she will be leaving for her maternity leave soon.”

“My sister saw Lil’ but Mighty’s website and so far the reviews were good so I decided to sign Kyran up for a trial class. And from the class, Kyran is the one who said he wanted to continue. ”

“Kyran is enjoying the lessons so far. The class size is small so he is able to participate more. He showed me worksheets from his last lesson about air ships, something about locomotive transportation, and he told me more about it. I think that’s what he enjoys.
My sister saw Lil’ but Mighty’s website and so far the reviews were good so I decided to sign Kyran up for a trial class. And from the class, Kyran is the one who said he wanted to continue.
I spoke to Teacher Nuri and she did mention that Kyran is quite participative in class. We decided to sign up and see if the enrichment classes help him with his English.
One month after enrolling Kyran, I have noticed that he has learned to write compositions and use more interesting words.”

“Kai Jin says classes are fun. I am quite particular but because my sister-in-law also recommended Lil’ but Mighty to me, that was also another push point.”

“I signed up Kai Jin at Lil’ but Mighty through a recommendation. Kai Jin’s classmate wanted to go so we decided to give it a try. So far it has been good; Kai Jin says classes are fun. I am quite particular but because my sister-in-law also recommended Lil’ but Mighty to me, that was also another push point. She was telling me Lil’ but Mighty is pretty good and that she knows a very good teacher who teaches at the Bukit Timah branch. Although we are attending the Hougang branch, this was still one of the factors that made me try Lil’ but Mighty.”

“Rather than a one-way thing (teaching), the class is done in such a way that it helps students become more attentive.”

“We saw an advertisement by Lil’ but Mighty and in the video, Mrs Chew shared some points about the LBM approach that piqued our interest. We decided to book a trial class for Lydia to let her experience it. She enjoyed the trial class and immediately said she wanted to continue with the classes. “This is my work,” she said as she showed us how and what she learned in class. She said her teacher guided her throughout the lesson and played games in between. She even taught us a game at home and we played with her. Seeing Lydia enjoy the lesson, we have decided to sign up for the P2 classes at Lil’ but Mighty.”

“Rather than a one-way thing (teaching), the class is done in such a way that it helps students become more attentive.”

“Ted was pretty weak in grammar. He doesn’t use proper tenses and in comprehension, he always doesn’t write sentences in full. Hoping to improve, we wanted to give Lil’ but Mighty a try. He only began attending LBM classes a few months back and while there isn’t a miraculous improvement, Ted has learnt techniques in answering questions. He is starting to know the proper tenses and the teachers are quite good to actually highlight his weaknesses to him and ask him to pay attention to these weaknesses. That’s pretty good for us. Ms Celina has advised us on the legibility of Ted’s handwriting and we liked how she has picked that up as well. When I asked Ted what he liked about the classes, he told me he liked to annotate. Rather than a one-way thing (teaching), the class is done in such a way that it helps students become more attentive. Some students just cannot sit down and just listen; they need to do some stuff too. Ted likes annotating and it allows him to be more engaged in class.”

“Hyunu has been in Singapore only for 3 and a half years (we are foreigners), so he has a weakness in English but he is improving very fast.”

“My son has difficulty in writing and comprehension so I was looking for a tuition centre for him. Hyunu actually found Lil’ but Mighty himself through YouTube videos and took interest in LBM’s online content. He wanted to attend LBM’s classes so I enrolled him. He really enjoys the classes and loves his teacher Ms Liew. When I ask Ms Liew about Hyunu, she’s always very kind and I like her too. Ms Liew knows my boy’s weaknesses; she knows what he needs and how to teach him. Hyunu has been in Singapore only for 3 and a half years (we are foreigners), so he has a weakness in English but he is improving very fast. He is doing well in English now (and in his school life, as a whole). We are very satisfied with Lil’ but Mighty.”

“Even though he might find the worksheets challenging at times, with continuous support and positive feedback from his Teacher, Ms Tan, he is able to stay motivated.”

“My son joined LBM classes a few months ago. He enjoys and looks forward to attending each class. Even though he might find the worksheets challenging at times, with continuous support and positive feedback from his Teacher, Ms Tan, he is able to stay motivated. He also loves the point system which encourages him to complete his tasks. LBM’s notes are also excellent and useful. I highly recommend Lil’ but Mighty to all parents.”

“Materials are good and detailed. Very helpful for revision.”

“Alex was able to learn online as a small group makes it conducive for learning. Materials are good and detailed. Very helpful for revision.

Using two platforms (Zoom and Classkick) may mean that there is a need to use 2 devices so as to facilitate easier viewing and learning. Compared to having only 1 device, the information in the screen will be much smaller as both platforms are combined into 1 screen.

Certainly face to face is still better. But since the only alternative is online, then yes it is very helpful to have this course. I would recommend this online workshop to others.”

“The smaller class size allows sufficient attention to be given to each student and ensures their active participation.”

“I would recommend Synthesis & Comprehension Workshop to others. It’s easy to use the online platform to key in the answers. The smaller class size allows sufficient attention to be given to each student and ensures their active participation. My son managed to pick up some useful tips from the teacher.”
