Ms Kavitha is an English teacher at Lil’ but Mighty. Her journey as a teacher started when she was a Contract Teacher from 2000 to 2001. She moved on to be trained and graduated at National Institute of Education in the year 2003.

English Primary Teacher at Lil' but Mighty

After graduating, Ms Kavitha started her teaching career as a qualified primary school teacher for ten years. During which, she taught Primary 1 to Primary 6 students English. After leaving the teaching service in school due to family commitments, she started teaching as a part-time tuition teacher at various tuition centers, specialising in English and Phonics.

Being a teacher for many years, she understands and believes that each child needs his/her own space and pace to excel. She has gained a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to sharpen her pupils’ skills in English in an effective and efficient way. As a fun and bubbly person in nature, she guarantees to make her lessons as lively as possible!

Ms Kavitha has undergone our in-house Movers and Shakers Teacher Training Programme.
