3 Simple Steps to Tackle Your Vocabulary MCQ!

Today, I’m going to share with you 3 simple steps to answer Sections B and C (vocabulary segments) in your English Paper 2, Booklet A. Before we get started, understand that scoring for these vocabulary segments will always require a decent vocabulary bank! The more words you know, the more you’ll be able to make sense of the sentences and passages. This will allow you to make better guesses at the answers.
Of course, it is impossible to know every single word that appears in the examinations. So… what’s an answering technique that will allow you to make use of your growing vocabulary bank and make intelligent guesses to arrive at the most accurate answer?

This brings us to the end of today’s video on how best to answer the vocabulary questions. These steps can be applied to any situation where you need to guess words and their meanings to arrive at the answers.
Do you realise that the more words you know, the more accurately you’ll be able to guess the unfamiliar or confusing words and their context? Expanding your vocabulary is essential to mastering the language! In the meantime, these tips will certainly help you to answer the questions to a higher degree of accuracy, even as you are still in the process of expanding your vocabulary bank. Keep going!
